You have everything you ever wanted, and you can't explain why it's not enough.
Somewhere between your first success and your current one, you learned to optimize for results so effectively that you optimized yourself out of the picture. The work produces, but it no longer feeds. The wins land hollow. You move to the next goal not from hunger, but from habit.
This isn't a burnout problem. It's not a strategy problem. It's a self problem, and it has the highest ROI of anything you'll ever work on.
We're not excavating your childhood. We're locating the exact pattern that's running your decisions right now, in the boardroom, in your relationships, in the 3am.
No frameworks. No 90-day plans. No goal-setting before we know what the real goal is. I don't give you better tools. I help you find out what you're actually building toward.
Mindset work keeps you thinking about thinking. This is different. We locate the thing you already know, the one you've been circling, and name it precisely enough that you can move.
You talk. But what I'm listening to isn't mainly your words. Something in me attunes to something in you at a level that sits underneath language. Where the unfinished sentence lives. Where the thing that is actually present hasn't been named yet.
What I find there is real, and it has been hidden from your aware mind. Not buried. Just outside the angle you can see from on your own. When I name it, you'll recognize it immediately. Not as a new idea. As something you already sensed but didn't yet have words for.
This isn't a technique. My whole being is what I bring into the room, and it tunes to yours at a different level. The precision of what comes back comes from that contact, not from a method.
3x founder. Co-created Israel's first startup podcast. Optimized everything: the product, the team, the pitch, the exits. And one day the spreadsheet was perfect and I was completely empty inside.
The return from that took years. Human Design, IFS, Focusing, Anthroposophy, men's circles, not as a project, but as a genuine excavation. Not searching for something new. Returning to something I already was.
What that path gave me isn't a certification. It's the ability to hear what someone means beneath what they say, and to reflect it back precisely enough that they can move.
The first session is complete in itself. You will leave with at least one clear insight into what has been holding you back. Most people call it a breakthrough. If we both see the value in continuing, we continue.
One conversation to get clear on what you're looking for and what's holding you back. No preparation needed. Come as you are.
Deep transformation across all areas of your life. The only thing we don't change is your DNA (unless you ask nicely).
Pick a slot that works and we'll talk. No preparation needed. Come as you are.

How do I make better decisions under pressure?
Most people try to think harder when stakes are high, which usually makes it worse. Pressure narrows what you can see. The decisions that feel impossible are almost always pointing at something underneath: a conflict between what you think you should do and what you actually know, a values question you haven't let yourself name, or a fear that's been running the show without being acknowledged. Once that becomes visible, the decision often clarifies on its own. The work is not about deciding faster. It's about knowing yourself well enough that the right direction is already obvious, even when the stakes are high.
How do I stop burning out at work?
Burnout rarely comes from working too much. It usually comes from working in a direction that no longer means anything to you. The exhaustion that persists through weekends and vacations is a signal, not a character flaw. It is telling you that something at the source has gone quiet. Something you were building toward stopped feeling real, and you kept going anyway out of habit, obligation, or momentum. Sustainable energy in work comes from being genuinely connected to why it matters to you personally, not from better systems or stricter boundaries. Finding that connection again is the actual work.
How do I fix a relationship that is falling apart?
The conversations that would actually help are usually the ones that haven't happened yet. Not because people don't care, but because they haven't found the language. What looks like a communication failure is often a self-knowledge problem: you cannot say clearly what you need because you do not yet fully know it yourself. Getting precise about what is actually happening inside you, separately from the story about the other person, is usually where things begin to shift. Most relationship problems are not between two people. They are between a person and something they have not been willing to face about themselves.
How do I find meaning in life when nothing feels fulfilling?
The feeling that nothing is fulfilling is not a sign that something is wrong with you. It usually means the life you are living was built around answers to questions you no longer have. The goals you achieved, the identity you built, the things you were supposed to want: they made sense at some point. When they stop feeling like enough, it does not mean you failed. It means you grew past the frame. The work is not to add more things to the list. It is to get honest about what is actually missing, and to say that out loud to someone who will hear it without rushing to fix it. That is usually where something real becomes visible.
What actually happens in a session?
The first session begins like an open conversation, but a focus gradually forms on its own. Following sessions may open fresh again, or follow the threads that already exist to discover the full system behind your repeating patterns. The only constant: we work exclusively with what is actually alive in you in the moment, never with theories or what should be true about you.
How is the 12-week program structured?
Weekly one-on-one sessions, with the option to be in touch between meetings (I reply at set times). Materials or practices may come up as secondary support, personal to what feels useful to you. Not homework in the conventional sense. When something becomes clear in a session, the attention you give it in the following days tends to be organic, not prescribed.
What happens when the 12 weeks end?
I will ask you not to schedule another session for at least a month. This is intentional. One of my commitments is to not create dependency. What we built together should be yours, not something that requires me to maintain it. After that month, single sessions are available when something comes up.
Who is this not for?
People who are looking for me to tell them what to do, or for a shortcut to skip the actual seeing. The work requires genuine presence, not effort in the effortful sense, but the willingness to really look. If what you want is a prescription, a strategy, or a technique to implement, this will likely disappoint you.
What if the discovery session does not produce anything real?
It is free. We will both know if something opened. A real insight has a particular quality to it. If that did not happen, you get your money back without having to explain yourself. The offer is real and it stands.
How quickly can I get started?
Often within a day or two, depending on availability. The calendar is the fastest way to find out.
