A Prayer for New Leadership

Beyond left and right, beyond fear and control

The paradigm needs to change. For that to happen, politics needs to dissolve from within. The system needs to dissolve from within.

Not Left or Right

This leadership is not of the left or the right. It's of left AND right, holding within it this healthy tension, recognizing that both perspectives are necessary and balance each other.

This leadership is not of politicians. It's from the people, by the people, and for the people (as Abraham Lincoln said). It exists to maintain close, attentive, and ongoing dialogue with the people.

Extraordinary Challenges

This leadership will need to face extraordinary challenges:

  • The corrupt existing system that will fight tooth and nail to remain
  • The globalists who tend to eliminate heads of state who aren't loyal to them

It will do this with the support of all the people—the right and the left, the religious and the secular, all sectors—and will include representatives from all sectors proportionally.

A Leadership of Love, Not Fear

This will be leadership that inscribes love on its banner, not fear. It will use force only when necessary and only to the exact degree needed to take step after step toward realizing the values of love.

Values like freedom, dignity, involvement, mutual responsibility, listening, health, and joy will serve as this leadership's compass, and their definition will be constantly updated.

The First Step

The first step of this leadership will be to propose a new system based on these values and establishing them in the new administrative structure, which will no longer be called "government" but "management."

The leaders will welcome public involvement and encourage the development of leadership qualities. Every expression that smells like healthy cooperation will receive encouragement and support. And anyone who raises an expression that smells of fear and self-concern will receive support for balance.

A Leadership That Evolves

We need new leadership that will start like this but develop to new heights and depths. Leadership by personal example, where actions speak and words only make present.

Leadership that won't be the lesser evil, but will fill our hearts with wonder and gratitude.

This leadership is already here. Those who are attentive can identify its buds. It will gather and reveal itself, gently, like colorful flowers in a field. And it will create a new Israel like we didn't even know how to dream.

The Purpose: We need new leadership so we can take responsibility for our lives. So we can stop feeling like victims and realize what our hearts desire. So that the joy of life, satisfaction and pride, peace and unity return to our lives.

This is my prayer. You are invited to join me.

Why This Direction?

This direction is good in my eyes because it solves the problem from the root instead of treating symptoms.

All our problems today stem from a perspective of separation and scarcity. When we think we're separate from each other, we compete instead of cooperating. When we believe there isn't enough for everyone, we hoard instead of sharing.

The prayer describes a perspective where we're all part of one system. The individual is concerned with the collective good, and the collective is concerned with the individual's good. This isn't naive idealism but pragmatism. When we understand that true success is only when everyone succeeds, we stop wasting energy on power struggles and start investing in shared creation.

The Conditions for This to Happen

First: A shift in consciousness. As long as we think in terms of separation and scarcity, we'll continue creating such reality. The more we wear the glasses of unity and abundance, the more we'll create a different reality.

Second: Building networks of trust. Instead of waiting for change from above, we need to start building it from below. Communities operating by new values. Networks of mutual support. Cooperative ventures.

Third: Education. We need to stop treating our children as property. They don't belong to us—we're simply honored to serve them until they're mature and independent.

Finally: Patience and determination. Such change doesn't happen overnight. There will be failures and disappointments. But if we stay committed to the vision, if we support each other, if we don't give up even when it's hard, we'll eventually create the new world we want to live in.

People Ask

Conscious leadership serves from love rather than controls from fear. It holds multiple perspectives, encourages participation, and evolves through feedback.

By recognizing that different political perspectives serve essential functions. Unity doesn't mean agreement—it means respect for the whole system.

Distributed leadership, direct participation, and systems based on cooperation rather than competition. It's already emerging in various forms worldwide.
