1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Inner Compass and Oren Knaan ("Coach," "we," "us," "our"), including but not limited to the website orenknaan.com, coaching sessions, programs, courses, and digital content, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Eligibility & User Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently
• Participants aged 13–17: May participate with:
  • Written consent from a parent or legal guardian
  • A 5‑minute introductory call with me and the guardian
  • Guardian’s agreement to be available for check‑ins if needed
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements (or guardian consent as above)
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Nature of Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship is a partnership designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

Your Responsibilities as Client:

• Show up fully present and engaged in sessions
• Complete any agreed-upon practices between sessions
• Communicate honestly and openly with your coach
• Take ownership of your transformation journey
• Respect boundaries and professional nature of the relationship

Our Commitments to You:

• Provide a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration
• Maintain strict confidentiality (except as required by law)
• Offer tools, frameworks, and guidance tailored to your needs
• Support you between sessions via WhatsApp (Monday–Friday)
• Refer you to other professionals when appropriate

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the time of booking or enrollment
• We accept PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Sliding scale pricing (where offered) operates on an honor system

• Your goals, dreams, and aspirations
• Any materials or assessments you complete

All content, materials, methodologies, and frameworks provided through our services are protected by intellectual property laws.

License Grant: You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use our materials for your own transformation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

No Guarantees

While we're committed to supporting your transformation, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your success depends on many factors, including your commitment, openness, and follow-through with the practices we explore together.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Inner Compass and Oren Knaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on coaching conversations
• You participate in all coaching services at your own risk

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inner Compass, Oren Knaan, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share through our services

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice.

Grounds for Immediate Termination:

• Violation of confidentiality agreements
• Inappropriate behavior or boundary violations
• Non-payment of fees
• Misrepresentation of identity or circumstances
• Any illegal activities

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due. Refunds will be handled according to our refund policy based on services already provided.

12. General Provisions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution through direct communication. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Inner Compass regarding our services.
